Midway Deer Processing has been proudly serving Texas hunters over the past 59 years. Herman Meyer, a life-long hunter himself, believed in personally supervising every aspect of the operation. He installed in his Midway Processing Crew how important this was. Our Midway family has been with us for over 30 years and have made sure that what Mr. Meyer taught them would always be followed. This older generation is now passing on the torch to the younger generation to keep the same exceptional service to all of our hunters.

All of the orders at Midway Deer Processing are kept separate from others. No exceptions.

On Sundays, our busiest day for wild game drop-offs, we offer a sample table with all our famous sausages for you to try before making your selections. Our staff will take you through every step of the order and explain to you exactly how your meat will be handled and processed.
